To Qualify for Our 'Video Review' reward:

  • Clearly show your full face 

  • Video length = 1 minute 30 seconds

  • Tell us why you chose Instasmile

  • How it has improved your life

  • Show us your natural teeth and putting instasmile in.

  • High-quality and well-lit

instasmile reserves the right to refuse any content submitted.

We will be unable to accept your content if:

  • If you are under 18, and we do not have permission from a parent or guardian.
  • If your video is not created by you.
  • If your video is not created by you.

Once you've submitted your video to us, we will review it within 7 business days.

Once we've verified your photos and video meet the standard we have requested, we'll let you know and get your free instasmile on the way.

If our uploader doesn’t accept your file, you can send your video to us securely using our additional website uploader.

We’ll review your submission in the same way as if it had been uploaded directly, and you’ll hear back from us within 7 business days.

If you experience any issues uploading your content, please contact loyalty@instasmile.com. We aim to respond to your email within three working days.

You may submit multiple photos and videos; however, we will only offer a reward every three months, and each video and photo submissions must be original.

  • If we have rewarded your video, it may be used in Instasmile marketing materials. This could include, but is not limited to, our social media channels, emails, billboards, or advertisements.

  • We do not provide a set timescale for how long your content may be used. By submitting your video and photos for a reward you acknowledge that the content may be used for years to come.

  • By submitting your video and photos, you grant Instasmile a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, edit, and distribute your video across all media channels for promotional purposes.

  • You waive any moral rights in the content and agree that Instasmile may edit or adapt the video as needed for marketing.

  • You acknowledge that you will not receive further compensation beyond the agreed reward.

  • You acknowledge that you will not receive further compensation beyond the agreed reward, and instasmile reserves the right to alter payment value without notice.

For your photos to qualify for a free instasmile you must demonstrate the following:

  • Show your full face clearly in the photos

  • Include two images:

  • One before using Instasmile

  • One wearing Instasmile

  • Use high-quality, well-lit, and non-blurry images

  • No filters allowed

  • We are unable to offer cash rewards to anyone who has been giiven a free instasmile product.


We Cannot Accept The Following Photographs:

  • If you are under 18, and we do not have permission from a parent or guardian.

  • If your video is not created by you.

  • If your content includes offensive, inappropriate, or misleading content.

  • If the photographs are blurry, in poor lighting, include filters and / or the product is not clearly defined.

How to Get Your Referral Code:

  1. Click "Refer Now"

  2. Enter Your Details:
    Fill in your name and email address on the form.

  3. Get Your Code:
    Once submitted, the page will instantly generate your unique referral code and link. You can start sharing it straight away!

  4. Want to Personalise or Manage Your Code?
    You can assign a password to your account to access your referral dashboard. This lets you:

    • Change your referral code

    • Track your referrals

    • Manage your rewards

How to Track Your Referrals:

  1. Log in to Your Referral Account, by clicking the button below:
    Log in using the email address you signed up with.
    If you’ve set a password, just enter it to access your dashboard.

  2. Haven’t Set a Password Yet?
    No problem! Just click “Forgot Password” to create one and gain access to your account.

  3. View Your Dashboard:
    Once logged in, you’ll be able to:

    • See how many people have clicked your referral link

    • Track who’s made a purchase

    • Check your reward status

  4. Stay Updated:
    You’ll also receive email notifications each time someone successfully uses your code and qualifies for a reward.

Participants will receive their reward payment 30 days after their friend makes a purchase using their referral code. This waiting period ensures the order is confirmed and eligible before rewards are processed.

There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make... meaning unlimited opportunities to earn rewards! The more friends you refer, the more you can earn, so feel free to share your referral code as widely as you like and maximise your rewards.
