Instasmile is on a mission to make smiles more affordable for everyone. The way we do this is that we ensure we provide a best in class customer journey at an affordable price. The whole process can be done from the comfort of your own home with NEVER any in clinic appointments. This helps keep our costs lower meaning the price of our products will always be more affordable than the competition. * We warrant to you that for a period of 14 days from the date of delivery your Veneers will:

  • Be free from material defects;

  • Fit in the mouth securely

  • Provide an aesthetic enhancement on your natural teeth

  • Excluded: wear & tear, loss, accidental damage or self alteration

Any attempt to modify, self-repair or adjust the instasmile in any way will invalidate all warranties; please always contact us for assistance.

Custom-Made Products

Every Instasmile product is handmade and tailored to your unique dental profile. This means the size, shape, and structure will be different for each customer. We always make sure it fits over your natural teeth and improves their appearance. For uneven or irregular dental profiles such as multiple missing or heavily crooked teeth, we may offer recommendations after your order to help with wearing the product.

Fit Guidelines

  • For some customers, the product may not make a "snap" or "click" noise when in place, but it should feel comfortable on your teeth.

  • If you can't easily remove it with your tongue, it's considered secure in the mouth and is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

  • Customers with uneven teeth might need dental adhesive for extra hold.

  • Action Required: Try the product as soon as you receive it and report any fit issue immediately.

  • What Counts as a Fit Issue? Notify us right away if you notice: sharp edges, looseness (e.g., can flick it off with your tongue), it doesn't fit your teeth at all, or material defects like a broken joint or imperfection.

Aesthetics Guidelines

  • Appearance can vary because each product is hand-finished, and dental profiles can change over time. We've recently switched to a longer-lasting material, which may cause subtle differences in shade and structure. This new material means we no longer need to include a clip function.

  • The fit and look depend on the accuracy of your impression. Sometimes, it might seem a bit short near the gums.

  • If your natural teeth aren't visible when you smile naturally from about 5 feet away, we don't consider it short and as such would not be covered under manufacturers warranty.

As per our terms and conditions we reserve the right to change material and the way we make the products. Subtle changes to material or design will not be covered under manufacturer's warranty.


Your Promise to Us**

To ensure your guarantee is activated YOU MUST:

  • Contact us of any issue within 14 days of receipt of your veneers

  • Confirm your order number

  • Provide video evidence and a clear description of the issue within 14 days from your first notification of the issue.

    • Clear images with the product in the mouth showing the issue

    • Short video with the product being clipped onto teeth and then removed

    • Natural teeth images (closed together in a natural position and open wide)

  • NOT return the veneers to us unless we ask you to do so

Allow your mouth to adapt and get used to wearing the product when you first wear them. This is called the “adjustment period”

Adjustment Period

You'll need time to adjust to wearing the product, which varies based on your dental profile and how often you wear it. Most people get used to it within a week.

    • If you've ordered both top and bottom arches, start with one before introducing the second to make adjustment easier.

    • During this period, some experience a slight lisp or extra saliva from mouth sensitivity, but it typically fades in a few days.

    • The mouth is highly sensitive, and we often scrutinize our smiles, so allow time to adapt to the product's size, shape, feel, and appearance—it's a big change!

    • Please note that instasmile is not a dental product it is removable cosmetic product and as such any reported bite issues for single products are excluded from the warranty policy

**Should you fail to adhere to the above then we reserve the right to void all warranties

 

Extended Warranty Information

If your order includes an Extended Warranty, this begins from the date you receive your veneers. This warranty is no-quibble and covers accidental damage, loss, wear and tear, and similar issues. Under the warranty, we will remake your veneers free of charge (up to 2 arches for a dual order, or 1 arch for a single order).

Please note:

The Extended Warranty does NOT cover fit issues.

If you have any concerns with the fit of your veneers, these must be reported within 14 days of receiving them so they can be addressed under the Manufacturer’s Warranty.

Please note, if fit concerns are not raised within 14 days, your Extended Warranty will no longer apply.

By submitting a claim under your Extended Warranty, you confirm that:

  • Your dental profile has not changed.
  • You have been wearing your previous veneers recently.
  • Your previous veneers fitted correctly.

Please note, if your dental profile has changed since your original order, this may affect the fit of your replacement veneers, and the warranty will not apply in this case.

PLEASE NOTE: When we remake your instasmile under your extended warranty, your dental measurements will remain consistent. However, the design will not be an exact duplicate of your previous product. Each remake is created using the latest design software and manufacturing advancements, ensuring optimal fit, function, and durability. You may notice minor differences in appearance, but these reflect continuous improvements in our technology and processes.
