This helps keep our costs lower meaning the price of our products will always be more affordable than the competition. * We warrant to you that for a period of 14 days from the date of delivery your Veneers will:

Be free from material defects;

Fit in the mouth securely

Provide an aesthetic enhancement on your natural teeth

Excluded: wear & tear, loss, accidental damage or self alteration
Your Promise to Us*
To ensure your guarantee is activated YOU MUST:

Contact us of any issue within 14 days of receipt of your veneers

Confirm your order number

Provide video evidence and a clear description of the issue within 14 days from your first notification of the issue.

Clear images with the product in the mouth showing the issue

Short video with the product being clipped onto teeth and then removed

Natural teeth images (closed together in a natural position and open wide)

NOT return the veneers to us unless we ask you to do so

Allow your mouth to adapt and get used to wearing the product when you first wear them. This is called the “adjustment period”
*Should you fail to adhere to the above then we reserve the right to void all warranties
Extended Warranty Information
If your order includes an Extended Warranty, this begins from the date you receive your veneers. This warranty is no-quibble and covers accidental damage, loss, wear and tear, and similar issues. Under the warranty, we will remake your veneers free of charge (up to 2 arches for a dual order, or 1 arch for a single order).
Please note:
The Extended Warranty does NOT cover fit issues.
If you have any concerns with the fit of your veneers, these must be reported within 14 days of receiving them so they can be addressed under the Manufacturer’s Warranty.
Please note, if fit concerns are not raised within 14 days, your Extended Warranty will no longer apply.
By submitting a claim under your Extended Warranty, you confirm that:
- Your dental profile has not changed.
- You have been wearing your previous veneers recently.
- Your previous veneers fitted correctly.
Please note, if your dental profile has changed since your original order, this may affect the fit of your replacement veneers, and the warranty will not apply in this case
